Vehicle Description
Cruise-ins were made for this 1936 Ford Pickup. It has the right
custom look on the outside, comfortable upgrades on the inside, and
a fantastic V8 under the hood that's ready for both show & go... so
this is ready for a great time right now.
This pickup has a mean stance that combines the original hot rod
spirit with a bit more modern touches. This is a steel body truck
with fiberglass flowing fenders. The body certainly has tighter
gaps than an original Ford truck, so great craftsmanship was done
during the restoration. And speaking of skill, we love the custom
silvery blue flames up front that subtly fade into the main blue
metallic color. This is what draws people in, but the highly
detailed build will keep them captivated longer than just about any
other custom out there. There are eye-catching elements everywhere,
including the purple and gray pinstripe encircling the cab, full
diamond plate truck bed, and custom roll pan w/quad taillights. And
those US Mags alloys with a nice 17/18 inch front/rear stagger adds
to the shine and intimidation of this street machine.
Because this is such a coordinated build, the gray pinstripe on the
outside was also a preview of the leather interior. The bench seat
and door panels are custom pieces that are built to both appealing
and extra comfortable. Speaking of comfort, this has all the right
upgrades to keep you happy even over the long haul. That's why you
have an AM/FM/cassette stereo, cruise control, tilt steering
column, and cold-blowing R134a air conditioning. But the Lecarra
sports steering wheel and dash full of VDO gauges also means this
is a true driver's truck.
We love it when a classic Ford has blue oval power, and this one is
dressed to impress. The 351 cubic-inch Cleveland V8 has bright Ford
Motorsports valve covers, polished components, and flame-etched air
topper to match the front fenders. This motor has been enhanced
with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer
intake, and Sanderson shorty headers feeding the dual exhaust.
Plus, it has the right supporting components, like a Mallory
Promaster coil and aluminum radiator w/electric fan. As you look
underneath the truck, you're going to find terrific upgrades, like
a Mustang II-style independent front end with tubular A-arms, a
strong four-link setup out back, and a Ford 9-inch rear end. Plus,
you have adjustable coilovers, front disc brakes, and rack & pinion
power steering. If this sounds like a great classic to drive near
or far, then you'll also love the four-speed automatic transmission
w/highway-friendly overdrive.
Complete with build receipts, you're looking at a pickup that has
great color, great features, and a great V8. That's why you know
you want this great deal. Call today!!!
