For Sale: 1969 AMC AMX in Gurnee, Illinois

Body amp; Paint: In my opinion the paint on this car is in very good condition, the body panels are all straight and clean with no dings or scratches that I noticed. the striping going down the middle of the car is also in good condition. The chrome is also in good condition all around the car. The AMX has all of its original logos and symbols on the grill and both rear panels with a 390 emblem on both sides advertising the original engine that sits under the hood. Engine amp; Transmission: The AMX sports an original 390 cubic inch V8 engine with a 4 speed manual transmission. The engine bay is very clean when you open the hood with the original 390 sticker in very good condition. The car runs and drives great, and you can feel the power of its 390 V8 engine when you put your foot down on the pedal. Interior: The interior of the AMX is in overall good condition in my opinion. The dashboard is very clean and the black leather on the bucket seats still has a nice shine to it. The dashboard still holds its factory radio and factory tach/clock with the nice wood grain panel in the center. The carpets and door panels are also in good condition in my opinion. Wheels amp; Tires: The AMX is sitting on its factory magnum wheels with red line tires all the way around which are all in very good condition. This is a manual front disc brakes and rear drums the car stops well.Suspension: The AMX sits on a multi leaf suspension system in the rear with a coil system in the front all of which is original. In my opinion the car rides great down the road and handles very well. The car is also sporting a flowmaster dual exhaust system which has a great sound to it. The rear end is a posi rear end with a 12 bolt differential.Electrical: Everything in the AMX appears to work as it should.Glass: The glass on the AMX is in good condition all around the car.History: We have acquired this AMX out of Florida from a collector.Located: This vehicle is now located at Blackhawk Motors, along with 50 0ther beautiful classic cars in our showroom.
