Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1976 International
Harvester Scout II Rallye. Finished in platinum metallic with a
matte black rallye stripe, it's a nicely restored example that
never fails to turn heads. Body is straight and solid with nice
paint, good gaps and no known rust. New GRC bumpers front and rear,
LED headlights, 17-inch KMC XD wheels with 33x12.50 Nitto mud
grapplers.
Interior is nicely finished with new carpet, headliner, upper dash
pad, seat upholstery, door panels and wood steering wheel. Seats
and door panels are trimmed in an attractive saddle-colored vinyl
with black piping. The full carpet kit really helps keep noise to a
minimum. Factory gauges are working properly; modern AM/FM/CD
stereo with bluetooth, USB and aux input. Roll bar with three-point
belts for the front seats (and lap belts for the rear). Steel
center console with armrest and cupholders.
Under the hood is a 345 cubic inch V8 with a new Holley two-barrel
carburetor mated to a TorqueFlite 727 automatic transmission. This
Scout was also optioned with power steering and power brakes (front
disk). Engine was rebuilt a few years ago by a previous owner and
it runs well. Recent exhaust, tune-up and suspension. All service
is up-to-date.
