For Sale: 1946 Chevrolet 1-1/2 Ton Pickup in SAN ANGELO, Texas

1946 Chevy 1-1/2 Ton Pickup Truck

• Family owned since 1946 purchase.  (See original title photo.)
• Top to bottom full restoration.
• Original 216 engine with 1 mile on it since restoration.  (Odometer replaced during restoration.  Previous mileage was approximately 70,000.)
• Completely stock (AKA original factory parts) except for chrome front window frame.  Original grill was rechromed.

This was the first 1946 Chevy 1-1/2 ton purchased in Paine County, OK after WWII.  Due to war production, there was no change in body style from the 1941 through 1946 models.  My grandfather purchased the truck for farm use.  After his death, it passed to my uncle and then to me.  I had it fully restored recently.  Truck has been garaged since restoration and only driven occasionally

The last photo is a picture of the truck in the early 1990's at the farm in Oklahoma.  The original grill was rechromed during the restoration process, as shown in one of the final pictures.
