Vehicle Description
The 1964 GTO is generally regarded as the first highly popular,
widely available muscle car and the one that opened the door for a
multitude of mid-1960s to early 1970s affordable American muscle
cars. Nearly all domestic high-performance autos were called
''super cars,'' or mainly ''muscle cars,'' after the first GTO
debuted in '64. Sitting pretty in our showroom is a perfect example
of the true american muscle car that started it all, this '64
Pontiac GTO painted in a beautiful Silvermist grey and sitting on
its original 14'' Rally wheels has been well preserved and
maintained throughout the years. Sporting the original 389 V8 with
a 4-barrel carburetor that is rated at 325bhp with options
including dual exhaust pipes, chromed valve covers and air cleaner,
seven-blade clutch fan, a floor-shifted four-speed manual
transmission, stiffer springs, larger diameter front sway bar,
wider wheels with 7.50 x 14 redline tires, hood scoops, and GTO
badges. This GTO's interior is beautiful, some has been redone such
as new floor mats but mostly all original still. The black leather
bench seats along with the matching door panels, chrome accents
throughout the interior give the car that classic and luxurious
feel. PHS documents and a Pontiac news magazine copy included in

beautiful classic yours!
