John Williams (RIP 2014), a very highly respected and well known
Datsun expert did my engine rebuild (less than 7000 miles on
rebuild) and he gained 21% in HP (peaking at 173 HP / 173 Torque).
We intentionally removed the triple Webers and restored the SUs
with airhorns. I have the original owner's manual, a large
collection of work receipts, and the original title. Car currently
has black rectangular fender mirrors (Chrome bullet mirrors
replaced). This car could be an everyday driver, is very strong,
and will be a joy to drive. I am a meticulous owner and would love
