Vehicle Description
We have recently purchased this 1979 GMC Jimmy 4X4 Removable hard
top that has spent its life in eastern Oregon's high desert climate
as a business vehicle for one of Oregon's finest resorts. We have
driven this around the state and are amazed of the great condition
it is in. Powered with a strong 350 V-8 and automatic transmission
it gets down the road very well and we have used it during a severe
winter storm on the snow and icy roads where it performed superbly.
As we all know the square body GM vehicles are becoming harder to
find every day and ones like this that are nearly rust free are
even harder to come by. This Jimmy has the original interior with
seat covers over the original seats that have the normal wear for a
forty year old truck. The interior floor boards have had a rhino
liner covering for a great appearance and for easy maintaining.
They stated the hard top has never been lifted off as it was always
used for business use. The mileage reads 49801 miles and it is a
five digit odometer and was stated it has only 149k miles. We are
always on the lookout for great vehicles like this that are proud
to offer for sale and we welcome trade ins as well. With only a few
minor dings here and there this Jimmy stands out and is presentable
anywhere. REMEMBER, WE ALSO HAVE FREE SHIPPING IN THE LOWER 48
STATES ON ALL FULL PRICE PURCHASES, over $12,000.00 Some
restrictions may apply. We always recommend a professional
inspection, or a private viewing before any purchase. We do not
sell show cars, we sell nice daily drivers, made to get out on the
open road. All of our descriptions are the personal opinions of
Cool Classic Rides. Note that the mileage listed is considered
either over mechanical limits or exempt status not actual mileage
unless otherwise noted. We also are always open to talk trades, so
let us know what you have. We love cars, it's what we do, So let's
talk. Call Kelly at 503-784-8876 or Ross at 541-420-1448. ROLL UP
