This beautiful 1975 Datsun 280Z Custom is truly a one-of-a-kind
build. The body is straight with nice gaps throughout. It was
fitted with a custom-molded front bumper, custom-molded rear bumper
and rear spoiler. The car is finished in a spectacular red color
with black accents. Some of the black accents include the center
hood, bottom of front bumper (which looks like a front spoiler),
window trim, Cobra mirrors, door handles, keyholes, rear tail
panel, light covers and emblems. The glass is in great condition
and tinted throughout. It's equipped with new modern LED headlights
with a black housing. The car sits on new Rota 16" Satin Black
wheels with Kumho Ecsta PS31 225-50-16 tires. The tires have been
decorated with red and white tire stickers that read "Datsun 350Z."
The black interior has been completely restored and complements the
exterior perfectly. The interior fit and finish is very nice,
including such items as the dash, center console and door panels.
The custom bucket seats have red stitching and adjustable bolsters.
It's equipped with a new MOMO Competition steering wheel, air
conditioning and a custom sound system, including a Pioneer head
unit with Kenwood 6x9" speakers. The rear area fit and finish is
also very nice, including the leather-wrapped strut towers and
carpeting. The painted engine compartment is nicely detailed
throughout with many upgrades. This car is powered by a built 350ci
V8 engine with roughly 400hp. The engine has Edelbrock Performer
aluminum heads, EPS Performer intake, Edelbrock carburetor, Billet
Specialties Streamline valve covers, Billet Specialties Streamline
air cleaner and complete MSD ignition system. The car is powered by
a new Optima Red Top battery with high-end terminals. The engine is
cooled by an HD radiator with no issues of overheating. The engine
breathes through Hooker ceramic headers and a Flowmaster muffler
that sounds really good. The engine is coupled to a 700R4 automatic
transmission with mild shift kit. The power is transferred to the
pavement through a R200 rear end. The undercarriage was uncoated
during the restoration and is very clean. The steering was recently
upgraded to electric power steering that can be adjusted with a
sensitivity adjustment dial. It's equipped with power 4-wheel disc
brakes and painted red calipers. All of the suspension was restored
or replaced. This car is the total package. This car has recently
been serviced and detailed, which is documented with an invoice
that is included.
