Boasting around 180 bhp, the Nissan 280 ZX Turbo significantly
outgunned its non-turbocharged sibling, which could muster only 145
bhp. This made for performance figures that were on a par with, and
often even more impressive than, much more exotic and expensive
cars. At the time, Road & Track magazine suggested that the 280 ZX
Turbo could hit 0-60 mph in just 7.4 seconds. At the time, that was
faster than an Aston Martin Volante and a Ferrari 308 GTSi, which
could hit the benchmark in 8.9 and 7.9 seconds, respectively.
This 280 ZX Turbo spent much of its early life in Texas, before
moving to new ownership in North Carolina, prior to its departure
from the U.S. in 2015. Two years later, it was purchased by the
consignor and exported to Switzerland. Even today, this 280 ZX
Turbo can stand toe-to-toe with its contemporary rivals.

Mit einer Leistung von rund 182 PS setzte sich der 280ZX Turbo
deutlich von der 145 PS-Variante mit Saugmotor ab. Die
Fahrleistungen des Turbomodells �bertrafen damals teilweise die
sehr viel exotischerer und teurerer Fahrzeuge. Die amerikanische
Fachzeitschrift Road & Track ermittelte damals einen Sprint von
0-96 km/h in nur 7.4 Sekunden, was den Nissan zu seiner Zeit
schneller machte als einen Aston Martin Volante (8,9 s) oder sogar
einen Ferrari 308 GTSi (7,9 s).
Dieser 280ZX Turbo verbrachte seine Anfangsjahre in Texas, bevor er
nach South Carolina ging. 2015 wurde er aus den USA exportiert und
2017 vom heutigen Besitzer erstanden, der ihn in die Schweiz
importierte. Selbst heute kann sich dieser 280ZX mit seinen
