1953 Chevy Bel Air convertible
This car has undergone a huge restoration process that includes new paint, interior top and bright work. Motor, transmission, brakes and clutch have also been gone through, including new starter battery and radiator. Paint, interior, and top were completed by SSC North America. The car is mostly stock with the exception of the 2-tone paint separated with a very small pin stripe done by pinstripe Hall of Famer John Yabara. The suspension sits just a little lower than stock courtesy of a Jamco full suspension. The 235 cui Blue Flame motor runs just like it did in 53, backed by a smooth shifting manual 3 speed. The power top and boot are new, with a new top pump. Fit and finish on the car are amazing! Yes it retains the 6v charging system along with the new 6v battery. This car runs and drives awesome! No its not a race car and no it doesn’t have a big v8 and yes its very cool!!! I do not need help selling the car and I am not interested in any trades unless it’s a 32 with 3 windows!
