Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this lovely 1974 BMW 2002tii.
This tii presents as a nice driver with many desirable options and
upgrades - it has been enthusiast owned, driven regularly and shown
at "The Vintage." Backdated bumpers, five-speed manual
transmission, factory sunroof.
It is finished in Polaris Silver over blue interior. Paint and body
are nice with no evidence of corrosion; trim and chrome appear
original with a light patina. Early bumpers were retrofitted to
clean up the look and 13-inch alloy wheels are wearing newer tires.
The interior, fitted with reupholstered E21 Recaro sport seats,
shows well with nice dash, headliner, door cards and coco mats. A
period BMW Personal steering wheel and Blaupunkt stereo are
installed.
Performance in excellent from the fuel-injected M10 and a 123
Bluetooth distributor was installed with a tunable timing curve
(and a virtual dashboard of engine vitals can be displayed on your
smartphone). The suspension is slightly lower and stiffer than
stock and larger sway bars are installed.
A wonderful car to drive and display at BMW events. Books, tool
roll, jack and a matching spare wheel are included. For more
