Nocturne Blue exterior, Camel Tan Cloth interior. 6.6L 403ci V8
engine, automatic transmission, New paint, T-tops, WS7 Trans Am
RPO, Great driver. This Trans Am is ready to hit the road. 1979
bought about a new front and rear bumper appearance and revised
engine line up for the Firebird. Rear disc brakes became available
for the WS6 cars in 1979, but because of the overwhelming response
for the WS6 package and the lack of the rear disc brake
availability, they came out with the WS7 Performance Package which
was the same as the WS6 package in 1978 that had rear drum brakes.
A fresh paint job was just completed and the Nocturne Blue paint
looks stunning with the gold hood bird and graphics. Inside, the
camel cloth interior looks factory with a crack free dash, nice
door panels, and tear free seats. Removable T-tops make for fun
cruising on summer days. The doors open and close nicely with no
sagging. Powering this T/A is the 6.6L V8. This engine runs smooth
and strong with plenty of power to pull this car down the road. The
shaker hood is still functional like from the factory. The
automatic transmission shifts perfect with no slipping or jerking.
Some factory options include> power steering, power brakes, posi
rear axle, AM FM radio, N90 aluminum wheels, electric clock, C49
rear defrost, bucket seats, center console, CC1 T-tops, Z49
Canadian equipment group, D53 hood decal and much more... Overall
this Pontiac is great driving car with ever better looks. This
Trans Am is ready to hit the road whether it be a local car show or
cross country trip. Come out today to see it in person! FREE 2
