We are pleased to present this 1967 Chevelle Malibu SS 396 tribute.
The car is a fine example of a car that has been frame off restored
and all new body and engine parts installed for the rebuild. This
is a true 396 V8 block that was bored over making a 402ci.
Documentation of the rebuild is available. The engine bay is clean
and with the chrome valve covers and matching air cleaner, and
chrome front end with the correct Chevy orange paint on the block
add a nice clean performance look. This car was originally born as
a Malibu 2 door Sport Coupe V8 with vinyl top. Every single body
part including the gas tank is new except for the doors which were
in excellent condition at the time. The frame was powder coated and
there is no rust in any of the body panels anywhere. This car has
been stored safely in the garage and has barely been driven since
the restoration in 2007. The blue paint is in excellent condition
with a deep shine and all the chrome around the car is new. It has
an automatic transmission, 10 Bolt Rear, power steering and power
front disc brakes. The A/C Compressor was recently installed but it
still needs the condenser, drier, hoses and ac vents. The radiator
has an electric fan attached to keep the engine running cool. The
interior is completely restored with black vinyl seats, door
panels, carpet and headliner all in excellent condition. The dash
is original to the car but the floor console is correct for the SS
and includes a cool factory clock that works! For convenience, it
comes with updated Sunpro gauges under the dash that display the
temp, volts and oil pressure. The radio is a AM/FM Cassette with 4
Kenwood speakers. The P215/65R15 BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires are
like new with the chrome Cragar mag wheels gives it the cool
performance look from the era. Take this car out and you will get
attention! We can organize shipping anywhere. Please contact
