This beautiful car was purchased new by a State of Alaska Highway Patrolman and garaged. After he passed away the car was sold to a California Company who did a frame-off restoration. The car was sold to a guy in Arizona in 2013. We just purchased this car out of Arizona and brought it to Houston.
This car is absolutely gorgeous with very few flaws at all. The car looks great, runs great and drives great. This is really a turn key car that needs nothing except a new owner to enjoy it.
The engine is a Pontiac 400 but does not appear to be the original engine to the car but a correct replacement block. The transmission is also not original to the car but does appear to be the correct type 4-speed for this car. We will do some more decoding of the block and transmission and post that additional information online when we do.
The car is matching to the PHS documentation which is posted here in the pictures below. The overall condition of the car is excellent. From the paint, to the interior, to the engine bay to the undercarriage this car is just excellent in every way.
