Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we celebrate our 20th year in the
classic and muscle car business. Second generation Corvettes (C2,
1963-1967) stunned the public when they burst onto the automotive
stage in 1963 with their gorgeous styling and world-class
performance. As classic car values have fluctuated with the
economic climate over the years, C2 Sting Rays have steadily
appreciated. This is due to the fact that while various fashions
come in and go out of style, real beauty always commands a premium.
Our Goodwood Green (983) 1967 Corvette Sting Ray coupe clearly
illustrates the sleek yet aggressive styling that still evokes envy
56 years after its debut. This gem is sporting numerous desirable
features, factory options, and tasteful upgrades including power
steering, power brakes, power windows, factory air conditioning,
numbers matching 4-speed manual transmission, 3.36 Positraction
rear end, side mount exhaust, custom wood rimmed steering wheel,
and a smartphone compatible stereo. The numbers matching engine
(BCN 3892657, VIN derivative 7112719) began life as a 327/300 hp
and has been fortified with a nice set of stainless steel headers,
a Winters Foundry aluminum intake manifold from an L79 (327/350
hp), and MSD ignition. The trick exhaust system features electric
'dumps' that route the exhaust either to the rear exit through
mufflers or to the open side pipes for a menacing growl. The
handsome 17 billet rally-style wheels house larger disc brakes from
a later Corvette and wear modern radial tires. It's hard to go
wrong with a beautiful, fun-to-drive classic that seems to
increases in value about every 10 minutes! Street Dreams
(830-997-1950) is a full service dealership that can assist with
worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options.
