Vehicle Description
1958 Pontiac Bonneville 2 door hard top. Second owner, I purchased
the car from an older man in 1983. The car has been garage kept
since 1983. I bought it with the intentions of giving it a full
restoration but never got to it and now I have other larger
projects. This car has most of its original paint and bodywork,
except for the lower rear quarters which were worked on and
repainted before current owner took ownership. The lower portion of
the front right side fender has a little rust. Under the trunk pan
has some rust. The car has all of its trim, some pieces do show
signs of wear and age with nicks, pits, and dents in the stainless
trim. These trim pieces are very rare, and hard to find now; even
at swap meets. This car came with a single exhaust, Power antenna,
and wonder bar radio, plus a rear speaker switch. Power steering,
power brakes, and factory spinner accessory hub caps. Currently the
car has 39,895 miles. But in reality it is most likely 139,895
miles. The interior is all original, it does show some wear. The
front seat inserts have been replaced before current owner bought
the car, they are now worn. Have original NOS cloth to do the
interiors over. The padded dash is aged and will need attention.
The original gold fleck carpet is all there, but does show its age;
as it is worn out in some spots. Under the hood is a smooth running
370 c.i. v8, the car has a rebuilt carb, gas tank, and the brake
system was checked and is working order. The motor area has not
been detailed. Enjoy this very rare classic car. It is very solid
and could be enjoyed as is, or restored into a show winner. Please
