The 4.2-liter 2F inline-six was mediablasted and refinished with
electrostatic discharge coating. Engine components are reported to
have been rebuilt or replaced with OEM parts, including the
electrical and fuel systems. Shifting is through a 5-speed manual
gearbox with a new clutch and rebuilt 2-speed transfer case.
