This stunning 1966 Mustang coupe could easily be considered the
nicest fully restored example of this popular model that we have
had in quite a while. The current owner has been the caretaker of
this steed for the last 45 years and meticulously returned it to
better than factory condition. The completely unmolested body was
beautifully refinished (2011). The superb 2-stage finish is
virtually flawless and the clean lines are accented by excellent
chrome and Mustang sport-style full wheel covers mounted on 14"
steel wheels with Hankook whitewall radials. The interior was
completely restored (2011). It has the deluxe 'Pony Interior' decor
group consisting of: galloping pony embossed seat covers, a
five-dial instrument cluster with full instrumentation, walnut-look
deluxe steering wheel, wood grain appliques on instrument panel,
vinyl covered door panels w/courtesy lights, brightly trimmed
pedals and kick panels w/half carpeting and stainless trim. (The
optional center console was not included on this car.) All windows
are tinted and an aftermarket AM/FM stereo with rear speakers will
provide your sounds. The numbers-matching 200ci 'T-code' straight-6
engine sits in an immaculate engine compartment. It was rebuilt in
2015 with the addition of a mild cam and a 3-speed automatic
transmission (C-3) delivers torque to the factory differential. The
electrical system is an alternator configuration and the brakes are
standard 4-wheel drum units. We believe that this Mustang will not
be here long as it will soon be a striking addition to someone's
Blue Oval garage. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
