1971 Mercedes Benz 280SE 3.5 V8 Coupe is one of 820 ever produced
for the US. This Mercedes was sold new to television star Ed
Sullivan in 1971. Used by Ed Sullivan's family in NY until 1977
then went to California given to a close family friend lived in
Beverly Hills, California. It remained with the 2nd owner until
2015 when the Mercedes was sent to Legendary Classic Center in
Costa Mesa, California for a complete restoration. The restoration
took over 2 years and cost over 125000$ to complete. It is finished
in its original Tunis Beige, factory color with new parchment
leather interior. This 280SE 3.5 is in Concours condition, with no
expense spared in the restoration Have all of the original owners
books, stamped service manual, and restoration receipts. The
Mercedes 280SE 3.5 series was the last of the hand assembled
Mercedes produced. Own a piece of automotive history!! Has service
