important is that this 454 cubic-inch V8 is a huge powerhouse
that's been upgraded further with a Holley four-barrel carburetor,
Edelbrock Performer EPS intake, Mallory distributor, and Hooker
long tube headers feeding the thunderous dual exhaust. This is some
serious muscle, so it has a strong TH400 three-speed automatic
transmission to handle it. There are even thoughtful details like
front disc brakes and the battery relocated to the smuggler's box
for better weight distribution. And the upgraded ladder frame rear
end with air shocks is exactly what we all want in a mean machine
like this.
