1951 Chevrolet 3100 Stepside Pickup - Pro-Touring
Garage Kept Motors is pleased to present this awesome this Vintage
American Pickup that has been professionally restored with an
upgraded drivetrain. The truck was appraised at $65,000 and for the
asking price, you simply cannot build it. It is a show winner and a
one-of-a-kind build for our client.
This 51 Chevy is powered by a L99 (LS3 w/ VVT and cam-phasing
technology) with a 6L80E HD 6-speed Automatic Transmission, console
mounted with sport mode and tap-shift. Rear end is a Chevy 8.5 w/
3.73 Posi unit with disc brakes all around. Fuel System is a
re-worked GM ECU and harness for maximum performance and
reliability. It also has a Rick's Vaporworks Fuel Tank featuring GM
OE SS fuel pump and sending unit. Suspension is a Accuair Stage 2
E-Level air management package w/ touchpad interface and
customizable presets, Ridetech Mustang II upper and lower control
arms with disc brakes, Ridetech Coolride air bags with bracketry,
front and rear, Ridetech weld-in parallel 4-link w/ panhard bar,
and Detroit Steel wheels with Continental steers with Mickey
Thompson drag radial drive rubber.
The interior is a custom leather interior, square-weave carpet, new
paint on all metal surface, Ididit steering column, Lokar
floor-shifter, 4-speaker sound system, wireless Bluetooth operation
for Pandora, iTunes, etc. and Custom Electric gauges. Other
noteworthy equipment includes all-new wiring and electrical, new
power brake booster, master cylinder, and all line, Cruise control,
Blasted and powder-coated frame and other components, Flat-cleared
exterior, Aluminum radiator w/ electric fans, Modem wiper motor and
linkage, Modem HVAC system, Re-finished bed floor, Extensive
structural rust repair and Custom sheet metal appointments
throughout.
