This 1963 Rambler was a car built to tour America in a comfortable
and stylish fashion. Sporting a burgundy paint finish in excellent
driver quality shape and a very straight original body with a nice
white hardtop. The interior is lightly restored with new door
panels, carpet, headliner and seat upholstery with the center
console and dash being in excellent factory original condition. The
interior is very spacious and comfortable with the highly
adjustable front bucket seats. The dash design is timeless and
shows some nice patina. 3 speed manual with the 'Twin-Stick'
overdrive makes this a great highway cruiser that is quite and
comfortable. The original 3.2L engine runs strong and is believed
to be rebuilt, does not leak any oil as the oil pan gasket was
recently serviced. The undercarriage is unrestored however had
recent brake hydraulic work and a rear axle seal replaced. The car
rides very smooth and straight down the road. Overall this Rambler
is a rare sight to see and is in excellent factory original
condition with a cool timeless interior, smooth I6 engine and a
manual 3 speed with overdrive.
