1970 Rover 3500S P6 Sedan project for sale. This is my personal car. Featured on Wheeler Dealer's in 2018, Season 15, Episode 8. Mike Brewer even signed the sunvisor! I purchased this car with the idea that I would restore it or pass it along to my brother who is in the process of restoring one of these. I haven't had the time and it's looking like I'm not going to have the time to do this project after all.
This car was stored for many years and has not been driven. The Driveline is all there but we have taken no measures to attempt to even start it. It's equipped with the aluminum 215 V8 with dual Su carburetors, air conditioning, power steering and power brakes.
Having personally owned several P6's over the years I can tell you that the body is in really good condition on this car and will be very easy to prep for paint. There's no rust on the car and all of the trim is here. The right rear window was broken when we bought the car but a replacement glass panel from another P6 is included. The interior is rough and portions will need to be refurbished or replaced.
The car has a clear, California title in my name. Unfortunately, the keys have been lost. what you see here is exactly what you get. But if you love Rover P6 sedans, especially the Federal version, this one would be excellent for a restoration. Located in Sonoma, California.
