1966 Contemporary Classic Cobra Roadster Replica, with only 2,170
miles, finished in Red with White Stripes and a Black Leather
interior. Powered by a 428c.i. V8 and backed by a proper 5-speed
Richmond manual transmission. This Shelby Cobra is built to
re-create the look and feel the legendary Cobras of the 1960s and
pays homage to the originals in its correctness. These Cobra
re-creations are some of the top quality recreations available,
faithfully recreating the iconic look and feel of an original and
is the perfect balance of engineering, performance, horsepower, and
modern reliability.Built in 1987, this is a 1-owner example that
shows in excellent condition throughout. Features consist of;
Chrome Front and Rear Bumpers, Roll Bar, Chrome Exterior Mirrors on
Driver and Passenger Side, 427 Badging, Chrome Side Exhaust Pipes,
15" Knock Off Wheels with Painted Center, Weiand Intake Manifold,
Cobra Lemans Valve Covers, Taylor Pro 8mm Silicone Spark Plug
Wires, Cobra Air Filter Cover, Mallory Ignition, Holley Carburetor,
Mallory PSI Gauge for Carburetor, Jaguar Suspension, Jaguar
Rear-End, Inboard Brakes, Lecarra Leather Steering Wheel, Cobra
Shift Knob, Lap belts, Leather Door Pockets, Tinted Sun Visors,
Wing Windows, Cobra Floor Mats, and Aftermarket Sony Head Unit with
CD.The 428 engine block was sourced from a 66-67 Galaxy. Mike's
Mustang & Performance Ford supplied ported aluminum cylinder heads,
new aluminum rocker arms, chrome Moly heavy duty rockershafts,
rocker arm spring, and adjusted valves. In May of 2005 the front
brakes rotors, brake pads, and calipers were replaced, along with a
new thermostat being put in and the brake booster being rebuilt.
West Coast Restoration reset the timing, cleaned heads, re-sealed
valve cover, and installed and overflow for coolant in February of
