This 1974 Eldorado features the more modern look of the European rectangular healdlamps introduced in 1975, yet maintains the smoother/sleeker look provided by fender skirts that made Caddies stand out from the rest, but were discontinued after 1974. Perfect in almost every way, I’ve owned this vehicle for 11 years and can tell you that it is a real head turner/crowd pleaser in parades and car shows as represented in the photos, never had any mechanical issues with it either. (SEE ATTACHED VIDEO).
With the exception of the engine bay needing detailed, I would rate the overall condition both mechanically and body a solid 9 & 1/2 out of 10. This vehicle is a southern example out of Texas, and it shows on the undercarriage. If it weren’t for the engine bay needing a little TLC, this classic would be a solid 10 out of 10. Odometer shows 24,000, however true mileage unknown.
