This car has been covered and garaged in San Diego California, since new. Absolutely no rust! She has just turned 26,000 original miles. The only items that have been replaced or repaired since '71 are: Weather stripping, battery, tires, spark plugs and wires, reconditioned transmission (seals were leaking), and a fresh coat of paint in the same factory color Burnt Orange. No cracks in the dash or upholstery. Carpet and headliner looks like the day it rolled out of Detroit. No scratches inside or out. Even has the factory spare tire and jack that has never been used. The car runs just fine with plenty of torque, having the 400 cubic inch small block. At car shows people have made comments like: "A Chevy dealer could put this car on the showroom floor". That is how clean this car is. This car is not only a survivor but would fit nice in a collectors inventory.
