For Sale: 1969 Ford Falcon in Concord, North Carolina

Vehicle Description

This 1969 Ford Falcon is one of the most attractive and seldom-seen American cars from the '60s. So when you can find an example with a powerful V8 upgrade, all the right supporting components, and a terrific price, you know this is right mix of value and distinction you'll love.

The third generation Falcon is arguably one of Ford's best designs of the era. After all, it takes the American Coke-bottle sheetmetal styling and adds some European flair. So there's already a nice appeal here before you look at the upgrades. The sliver paint has a metallic element that looks great in the sunshine, and even the black painted hood insert has a metal flake. Plus, you can instantly tell this one has some nice upgraded power by the custom hood scoop and modern 17-inch REV alloys.

The added black hood stripe on the exterior makes for a nice coordination with the full black interior. There's plenty of original trim to give this a nice classic-style presentation, but that's not what you really love. The Grant GT sports steering wheel, and Hurst Pro-Matic 2 shifter are all part of a package that tells your senses this has been upgraded - even before you twist the key and hear this Ford roar.

These third-generation Falcons topped out at 302 cubic-inches from the factory. That's a fine motor, but having a 351ci upgrade is a true advantage in power. Plus, it has been enhanced further with go-fast goodies like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and long tube headers that add even more power while also contributing to the rumble of the dual exhaust. As you look over the photos, you're also going to see the right supporting components for this extra power. This includes traction bars, front disc brakes, and modern performance tires. The stout C4 three-speed automatic transmission even has a shift kit to keep you in the powerband.

Distinction and power meet affordability, and so if you're quick enough, this custom Falcon can be yours. Call now!
