There are several outstanding terms to describe this generation of the Mustang, such as; Excellent “Retro” styling, nicely equipped, Good performance, to name a few. Personally, I describe these cars as “Bullet-proof!”. They provide strong performance, provide good fuel economy, and are very nicely optioned, and provide excellent long-term service. Ford got this one right!
This particular GT convertible has just 46K original miles, runs and drives great, and all functions of the car work properly. The black convertible top is power, the factory stereo is the “Shaker 500” with a 6 disc CD/MP3 player,
Whether you like Mustangs or not, you gotta give it to Ford for building such a nice quality, well rounded package of the likes you see here.
This Mustang is comfortable to drive, has excellent acceleration capability, corners excellent, and brakes excellent, and what this all adds up to is a very safe, absolutely fun car to drive.
The comfort level of this Mustang is such that you can drive it across the country and never get tired of it. Put the top down in the Spring and Summer cruise to your favorite restaurant, cruise to a car show or cruise in, or even commute back and forth to work as you will get good fuel economy.
This is such a well thought out car, with low miles, that no matter what you choose to do with it, you will definitely enjoy yourself in this Mustang! Great car!
