You are looking at a very well built 1948 business coupe. The top was chopped 3", hood wedged 3", wing windows removed, 59 cadillac Tailights frenched in, front headlights frenched in, rolled front and rear and shaved. The windshield is v-butted with grey bus glass.The chrome is all bob Drake chrome.The paint has a few blemishes shown in the video, the tires are good and the car drives very well, the drivers door popper doesn't work, the passenger door operates with the popper. The rear trunk latch need to be aligned, otherwise all good. The car was finished about 2010 and driven 6,000 miles to car shows and rod runs. It has a mustang front suspension with power rack and pinion steering and power disc brakes. The 8" rear end was rebuilt with 3;50 gears for cruising. It has power windows that operate with the crank lever. It has vintage a/c and heat along with power bucket seats. The Aluminum radiator keeps the Chevy ZZ4 crate motor cool, the turbo 350 transmission has a lokar shifter. The trunk and the hood have gas charged shocks. The dash is a work of art with built in VDO gauges. It has a grant banjo steering wheel and an I did it tilt steering column.The 355 hp crate motor runs smooth and has proven very reliable.
