Cool garage find 1946 Dodge Pickup. Same ownership since 1974 --
owner and his father bought it 45 years ago and it has lived in the
same garage since (see photo). Has been started and driven
regularly -- starts right up and drives well (see video). Has
current registration and has been registered with current owner
continuously since 74.Cab is 1946 Dodge, chassis and bed are
believed to be mid-50s Chevrolet truck (solid front axle), motor is
a 265 Chevy V8, likely from a mid 50s Chevy, and it has a three
speed floor-shifted manual trans. Body appears to be very solid
with no significant rust apparent; has some dings and dents to give
it characterTruck runs and drives, but we would strongly recommend
a full inspection of brakes and general road worthiness before it
is driven (i.e., trailer pick up only). Sold on bill of sale as
Georgia does not title vehicles of this vintage.This is a really
great opportunity to acquire a rat rod project with some style.
