Vehicle Description
With its "Forward Look" design, the top-of-the-line Dodge in 1956
was the Custom Royal Lancer. It received more styling, including a
3-tone paint scheme, new fabric interiors and powertrain upgrades.
This example is powered by a 270ci Super Red Ram V8 engine backed
by Chrysler's first-year push-button Powerflight automatic
transmission. This two-owner car has 41,000 original miles and has
lived its entire life in the high deserts of Southern California.
In 1990 the second owner acquired the car and restored it to its
current state. It rides on spinner hubcaps and new Coker tires.
