The Eldorado also refers to El Dorado, the mythical South American
"Lost City of Gold" that fascinated Spanish explorers. This was the
fourth year of the 6th edition of the Cadillac Eldorado. Powered by
a fuel injected 4.1 Liter V8 coupled to a 4-speed automatic
transmission with electronic overdrive provided power, as well as
economy. Luxury was no longer defined by sheer size, but comfort,
drivability, and meeting the EPA emission standards.
Stunning, spectacular, unbelievable are just some of the adjectives

Painted in white with white landau roof and stainless-steel top,
finding a flaw is like finding a needle in a haystack. Everything

Interior
The padded red leather seats and carpets appear new. Every option
on the car is operational and working as the day it left the
factory. A wood grained dash with quintessential early 80's square
design, graces the front of the dash, and appears perfect. Digital
readouts abound and provide enough information to keep a commercial
airline pilot occupied. All original, all showroom condition.
Drivetrain
A GM HT-4100 V8 fuel injected engine sits at 249ci in an
immaculately detailed engine bay. Attached is a GM Turbo Hydramatic
Overdrive THM 325-4L which shifts smoothly under low RPM or when
being pushed a bit.
Undercarriage
You know you are dealing with an exceptional car when you can view
the underside and see virtually no surface rust even on the exhaust
system. Underneath the passenger side door, slight rust can be
seen, but otherwise one has to look really hard to find another
fault.
It appears inconceivable that this car has been driven 91,000 miles
