Vehicle Description
This 1976 Ford Bronco 4x4 Explorer was originally ordered in Candy
Apple Red but was repainted after its complete restoration. It is
now finished in House of Kolor custom, two-tone Kandy Apple Red and
Silver Frost with pinstriping and many layers of clear coat. It has
custom-built, powder-coated front and rear bumpers with extra-large
and removable D-rings, and a 9000-pound winch with hidden wiring.
Other options include 33" Mickey Thompson Baja tires, aluminum
alloy wheels, full-size matching spare and tire swing, and LED
headlights with built-in turn signals. It has dual fuel tanks, a 3"
lift and fiberglass front fenders. It is powered by a new 302ci
8-cylinder engine mated to a 3-speed C4 automatic transmission with
column shift, 9" rear end and Dana 44 front axle. It has power
brakes, power steering with steering stabilizer and custom exhaust
with chambered mufflers. The interior was completely stripped and
renovated with removable carpet inserts on the floors, new
quarter-panel upholstery with built-in speakers, new seat
upholstery, dash and gauge cluster, custom steering wheel,
custom-painted doors and door panels, and a new headliner and
modern stereo with Bluetooth. The removable top has aftermarket
sliding windows and a rear hatch. This Bronco resides in southern
California.
