Vehicle Description
This fully customized 1986 Chevrolet S-10 is powered by a 2.5-liter
4-cylinder engine with aftermarket intake and custom exhaust,
backed by a 700R4 automatic transmission. This S-10's chassis has
been modified with Firestone 2600 airbags in the front and rear,
billet 2" drop spindles in the front and custom 4-link in the rear
for a low stance. The exterior is finished in DuPont Chevy Black
and Cardinal Red with silver and white pinstriping around silver
flames with black highlights airbrushed in the flames. The interior
is a factory bench seat wrapped in pleated vinyl. The dashboard is
was custom-built from a Ford Ranger tailgate skin and a big rig
exhaust pipe. The door panels are covered in pleated vinyl as well
with custom arm rests. The interior also features a Billet
Specialties Chicayne steering wheel, Lokar shifter and boot, and
billet rearview mirror, window cranks and door handles. The body
modifications include shaved handles, body line, cowl panel,
taillights, tailgate, rocker panes, gas door and front bumper
lights, Jeep Grand Cherokee center section of hood molded to
factory S-10 hood, full sheet metal bed, relocated gas door, custom
fenders and exposed rear axle. The control arms are factory but
have been slightly modified. The airbags powered by a Viair 480
compressor. The frame was modified with a 2x4" box tubing and
painted DuPont Silver. The custom aluminum tie rod ends and
suspension components are finished in Cardinal Red. This custom
pickup sits on Zenetti Fives chrome 18x8" wheels wrapped in Nankang
tires.
