The final year for the Olds 442. When first introduced in 1964 as a
performance package for the Cutlass, the 4-4-2 designation referred
to 4 speed manual transmission, 4 barrel carburetor and dual
exhaust.... Oldsmobile's ingredients for performance. Over the
years that meaning changed a bit but in its final years the
transmission was a 4 speed automatic with overdrive and it still
had a 4 barrel carburetor and dual exhaust outlet. Only 4,208 442's
were produced in 1987 and the one offered here is an outstanding
original example with 6,000 miles. This 442 is loaded with options
including T-tops and rare lamp monitoring system. It has factory
air conditioning which works, power windows, power door locks,
power driver seat, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, delay
wipers, factory floor mats and more. The original tires have
recently been replaced with B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A's. This 442
