Vehicle Description
This 1966 Dodge W200 Sweptline Power Wagon crew cab underwent a
complete restoration and is powered by a custom 3.9-liter,
4-cylinder, Cummins P-pumped, intercooled, turbo diesel engine with
modern upgrades, mated to a 5-speed manual overdrive transmission.
The remainder of the running gear and the NP201 transfer case were
rebuilt. It is now equipped with a 3.73 axle ratio in the Dana 60
rear end and Dana 44 large-knuckle front differentials. This mostly
rust-free truck has had small deficiencies repaired, and the entire
accessible interior was coated with Dynamat. Every aspect of the
undercarriage, frame and body voids have been undercoated. Other
additions include Hydroboost power brakes, custom power steering,
sound system with hidden Bluetooth and a controller hidden in the
ashtray. Everything on the truck, with the exception of the
original chrome grille, has been reconditioned or rebuilt. It has a
custom rear sport bumper, with the center opened to reveal the
original license plate mounting location. This restoration is less
than two years old and took over four years to complete. It has
1,200 miles since finished. This Dodge won the Dealer's Choice
award at the 2018 River Forks Park Show and Shine the People's
Choice award and the Best 60s award at the 2017 Springfield Car
Cruise and Show-n-Shine. It has spent its life in the high desert
region of eastern Oregon.
