To celebrate the 40th year of the Shelby Mustang GT500, Ford Motor
Co. and Shelby American paired up once again in 2007. This 40th
Anniversary GT500, CSM 07XL0168, is unique with an all-around white
paint job accented with silver Le Mans stripes. Fully loaded with a
power interior, Shaker 500 audio system (including 6-disc CD
changer and MP3 capabilities) and sport bucket seats. At the heart
of this Mustang is a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine paired with
an SVT-tuned suspension and a 6-speed manual transmission. As it
sits, this GT500 has 113 actual miles and the factory Window
Sticker is still on the window. This Mustang also features the
signature of Carroll Shelby on the glove box. The car is equipped
with Shelby/Eibach coilover suspension and sway bar kit, 20" Shelby
American Racing Razor wheels in special black with Shelby center
caps, 40th Anniversary badges, carbon-fiber front splitter and
mirror covers, aluminum hood grille inserts, decklid Shelby
lettering kit, sequential taillights, front and rear brake duct
kit, 40th Anniversary markings on the rear, serialized number plate
for the dash with Carroll Shelby's Signature, number plate in the
engine compartment and on the 40th Anniversary door sill plate,
Shelby interior door handles with Snake logo, Shelby floor mats,
engine dress-up kit (including billet fluid caps and oil stick),
center gauge kit, armrest cover with Snake logo, aluminum Shelby
map light accent and satin door lock knobs, and Borla cat-back
exhaust. CARFAX shows Ford Motor Company manufacturer safety recall
issued on 06/30/2016: Passenger airbag inflator replacement.
