For Sale at Auction: 1972 GMC 1 Ton Flatbed in Scottsdale, Arizona
This 1972 GMC custom pickup includes approximately $120,000 in
receipts. The engine is a built LS6 out of a Z06 Corvette with
Texas Speed camshaft, MSD intake, MSD Atomic fuel management system
and a 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission. This fully customized
GMC is an original short-bed pickup and had a recent frame-off
restoration with some extensive body and frame modifications. The
hood is completely custom with custom Porterbuilt hood hinges. It's
equipped with complete AccuAir air ride for controlled ride height,
all four corners have big Wilwood brakes and it sits on a
Porterbuilt chassis. The exterior features slosh tub inner fenders,
smoothed and shaved front bumper and doors, Kindig-It door handles,
and installed under the bed is a custom bootlegger box. This GMC is
finished in Porsche Arena Red over Perlmutt Weiss. The interior
features Porsche carpet, suede headliner, leather seat, Vintage
Air, Dakota Digital gauges, tilt column, Pioneer touchscreen and
one-piece side glass. It rides on billet Rally wheels.
