Vehicle Description
Built for display at a custom car show, this SEMA Chevy underwent a
restoration and was sent straight to the 2013 SEMA Show, where it
shared the spotlight with other creations. This coupe is finished
in Carizzma Ruthless Red two-stage paint and has been on the cover
of Rides magazine, is a JL Audio signature car and has won numerous
awards at various national shows. Capping 6.2 liters of
octane-laced displacement with an Eaton supercharger, this Camaro's
LS9 V8 was sourced directly from Chevrolet Performance. Behind that
engine, a Tremec T56 6-speed manual transmission spins a 9" Ford
axle. That drivetrain rides a full Detroit Speed suspension, which
follows a hydroformed front clip with a QUADRALink rear clip. Power
rack & pinion steering leads Baer 6-piston calipers. It rides on
custom Vellano wheels and massive Pirelli PZero tires. Inside is a
full custom Connelly Tan interior that's influenced by Chevrolet's
fifth-generation Camaro. Firm F5 bucket seats are one part leather
and one part suede. A leather-wrapped fifth-generation Camaro dash
features custom telemetry, touchscreen audio, climate control,
power windows and JL Audio amplifiers, subwoofers and speakers.
This Chevy sale includes its Rides magazine cover features and
documentation for the car's Detroit Speed Builder's Choice Award.
