Vehicle Description
Dubbed the "Satellite Touring Extreme (STX)," this Plymouth wraps a
500hp 3G HEMI engine in a completely custom suspension, custom
leather upholstery and custom-mixed paint. Benefitting from a
high-dollar, multi-year build, the car's body was stripped, mounted
to a custom rotisserie and augmented with 2" rocker extensions.
Exterior paints consist of Matrix Rose sealer and primer covered by
Matrix Screamer Yellow paint stacked six coats deep under nine
coats of Matrix clear with matte accents and modern HEMI call-outs.
Under the hood lies a 6.1-liter V8 3G HEMI engine that makes 500hp
and 460 ft/lbs of torque. A Hughes Performance A727 TorqueFlite
3-speed automatic transmission pushes power to a Moser Sure-Grip
axle. It rides on a full Reilly Motorsports suspension that trails
an AlterKtion front-clip with a triangulated 4-link. Braking is
supplied by Wilwood disc brakes. The interior features GS-1 touring
buckets complete with quality RCI harnesses, custom console, a
B&M Pro Bandit shifter and remote-controlled Sony audio. This
Satellite was further outfitted with a Just Dashes dash with
white-face telemetry, modern push-button ignition and a 3-spoke
MOMO wheel. The Plymouth's sale includes copies of all its magazine
features.
