Vehicle Description
This 1967 Shelby GT500 was formerly owned by Sammy Hagar. Listed in
the Shelby Registry, this car was a personal project of Sammy's and
was rebuilt in 1992-93. It features a 427ci tunnel-port engine with
Detroit locker and 5-speed manual transmission. The car was
originally ordered with a standard non-louver hood, no air
conditioning, an automatic and in Nightmist Blue. The Red Rocker's
"Can't Drive 55" Shelby was painted in Guards Red with black
stripes and modified with plenty of Ford speed parts. "To Sammy,
Thanks. Your friend, Carroll Shelby" is proudly inscribed on the
dash. Sammy Hagar's guitar is included.
