This car is in excellent driving condition and has been modified with the following.
Hotchkis sway bars, Eibach Springs lowering the car 1.5 inches. Original wheels have been chromed and are pristine. Slight tint to driver and passenger door windows slightly more tinted on rear side glass and rear window.
This car has a brand-new air conditioning system along with all hoses. Cooling system has been flushed regularly and is in perfect working order. Windshield and rear window were removed and replaced in order to install new weather strip/molding. The car is autographed by the program manager from General Motors who oversaw the Impala SS program.
This car has always had Mobil 1 oil in it. The transmission is a very aggressively built with all new moving parts 4L 60 E with a vigilante torque converter. Torque converter has been sent back to factory and was completely refurbished. No problems were found.
This car has an engine oil cooler and transmission cooler from the factory.
The engine is a stock LT1 350 block with Lingenfelter heads, cam and a 58 mm throttle body, 3.5” mass airflow sensor. Air pump has been removed. This vehicle has BBK powder coated headers on it along with two brand-new catalytic converters and the complete new Borla exhaust system.
Vehicle has a 4 inch cold air inlet system. Vehicle also has new rotors, calipers, pads and the brake fluid system has been flushed with new fluid. Vehicle comes with a 3.42 gear set and an extra 3.08 gear set which was removed from the car when it was new. Car has new rear control and trailing arms and the rear axle has been moved back ¾” inch to center the wheels in well as the original factory cars look strange with the wheels pushed in the front of the rear wheel well. I also installed a heavy-duty driveshaft which is been extended to accommodate the relocation of the axle. In addition this car comes with an extra computer and both computers are custom tune to the Lingenfelter Heads, Cam. Will Explain.
This vehicle has never been in any type of an accident or had any body repairs done to it. The vehicle has also not been abused. The suspension is all tight and the car runs straight down the road and can be driven anywhere.
The rear end has been disassembled and inspected and is in perfect condition
This is a numbers matching car and could be brought back to original condition with a few trips to a salvage yard for minor parts.
I am the second owner of the car and I purchased it from a very close friend and have been familiar with this car since it was purchased from Fox Chevrolet in Rochester Hills Michigan.
