New to our Benicia showroom is this incredible 1957 Austin Healey
100-6 BN4 2 Door Roadster with Copper exterior paint and a brand
new black vinyl interior. You'll find a 2900cc six-cylinder engine
under the hood with a 4-speed manual transmission, plus the
original factory soft top, wheels, tires, side windows and so much
more. It is a two-owner lifetime classic that's recently been
refreshed to awesome overall condition, and this sexy sports car is
ready for the next owner to enjoy.
Tastefully Restored to Show-Stopping Quality
This 1957 Austin Healey 100-6 BN4 Roadster came from the factory
with a 2639 cc motor and the original owner had it upgraded at the
dealership later that year to the current 2900 cc engine. The
second owner took possession in 1976 and rebuilt that same engine
himself. It's been driven approximately 30,000 miles since that
time and lovingly cared for its entire life. This beautiful sports
car also underwent a cosmetic restoration back in 2008 where it
received new paint, a new interior, new wheels and tires (the
originals are included) plus several other finishing touches.
As it sits today, this 1957 Austin Healey 100-6 Roadster really
shows nicely with near perfect body lines and glistening exterior
paint. The interior could also pass for brand new condition without
a single visible flaw that we've spotted so far. Additionally, the
original top is still in place and it needs to be replaced or
refurbished- the factory wire wheels and side windows have not been
restored yet either (they are not currently installed).
Out on the open road, this 1957 Austin Healey 100-6 BN4 Roadster
handles nicely with strong acceleration and a smooth overall ride
quality. It is plainly obvious that this example has been babied
its entire life and it belongs in a serious collection.
