Vehicle Description
This custom 1956 Chevrolet 3100 Pro Touring pickup received a
professional frame-off rotisserie build that included multiple body
and chassis modifications that resulted in this unique classic show
truck. At the heart of the build is a 515hp Weiand-supercharged,
high-output 350ci Chevy engine that includes Edelbrock Performer
heads, COMP cam, Holley carburetor, HEI distributor, polished
intake, polished pulleys and powder-coated Hedman headers, and is
backed by an automatic transmission. The bottom of the engine and
transmission is all chrome and includes a custom Flowmaster exhaust
system. A custom-built chassis was created and features a Ride Pro
air ride suspension, power steering, partially boxed frame,
independent front suspension, Heidts 4-link rear suspension,
frame-mounted master cylinder, GM 10-bolt posi-traction rear
differential and 4-wheel power slotted and drilled disc brakes.
Body modifications include: a polished front grille, frenched
lights, shaved hood, door poppers, shaved drip rails, frenched
antenna, smoothed custom tailgate, high-mount recessed stop light
and a custom roll pan with LED lights. The all-leather interior
includes custom powered bucket seats, custom center console, custom
leather door sills, custom-tailored door panels with billet
handles, Hurst Pro-Matic shifter, Dakota Digital gauges, smoothed
dash, custom JVC audio system, chrome polished tilt wheel,
one-piece windows and billet air conditioning controls. Finally,
this custom pickup sits on 18" front and 20" rear Panther Juice
Wheels with BFGoodrich G Force tires and is painted in a
combination of green and silver fleck two-stage paint.
