Vehicle Description
This 1956 Chevrolet 3100 short-bed pickup features a wraparound
window and has recently undergone a complete, frame-off,
nut-and-bolt restoration with no expense spared. The truck is
powered by a 572ci big-block Chevy engine that is fuel-injected by
a Holley Sniper system, backed by an automatic transmission shifted
by Lokar floor shifter. It's equipped with a 9" Ford rear end,
custom-built chassis with 4-link rear and independent front
suspension, RideTech air ride and 4-wheel power disc brakes. The
572 is dressed with a Billet Specialties front serpentine belt
system and Patriot HPC coated headers with 3" Black Widow exhaust.
This 56 is finished in Jet Black paint with a Torch Red
double-stitched interior that has a lot of custom touches
throughout. It features Vintage Air, custom gauges, tilt steering
column and a billet steering wheel wrapped to match. The truck
started with a clean, rust-free cab and was sandblasted to bare
metal. It was professionally restored using all-new
weatherstripping and seals, all-new Euro gray-smoked glass, all-new
cab mounts, stainless bolts, screws and fasteners, stainless brake
and air lines, complete new wiring harness and all-new chrome
throughout. It has a one-off wood bed and rides on a set of new
custom 20" billet wheels.
