Vehicle Description
This 1970 Chevrolet Camaro SS underwent a full frame-off
restoration and is finished in Velocity Yellow with a new Satin
Black interior. It's powered by a 502ci Chevrolet crate engine
producing 502hp and 567 ft/lbs of torque on pump gas, backed by a
TKO-500 Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. This Camaro features
oval-port aluminum heads, dual plane intake, Holley 870cfm
carburetor, Doug's ceramic-coated headers and 3" MagnaFlow exhaust.
It's also equipped with a 7-quart Milodon oil pan, serpentine belt
upgrade with billet mounting accessories, MSD ignition with 6,500
rpm rev limiter, Moser 12-bolt posi-traction rear-end with Richmond
3.42 gears, QA1 adjustable front coilovers, Global West tubular
front arms, Hotchkis front and rear sway bars and subframe
connectors, and adjustable traction bars. A set of 4-wheel Wilwood
disc brakes provide stopping power to the 5-spoke rocket wheels.
This Camaro has a Be Cool aluminum radiator with dual electric
fans, new fuel tank, new fuel and brake lines, new wiring harness,
all-steel cowl induction hood, 1970 Chevelle steering wheel, sport
seats with black vinyl and Auto Meter instrumentation. This full
restoration was completed in 2018 after being started in 2009.
