Vehicle Description
This Resto-Mod 1962 Chevy II Nova wagon features many
modifications, including fuel door moved behind the taillight,
shaved drip rails, filled cowl vents and extensive work on the
doors to make the side of the car flat. The front edge of the hood
was modified to fill in the gap to the grille, and all panel edges
have been welded up to make the gaps uniform. This factory
three-row-seat car is powered by a GM Connect & Cruise powertrain
system consisting of a 6.2-liter 8-cylinder LS3 engine mated to a
4L65E automatic transmission and a 9" Ford rear end with 3.55
posi-traction. It comes equipped with Heidts Superide suspension
all around with adjustable front shocks, power steering, DSE
mini-tubs, power Wilwood brakes, power windows, and locks and
cruise control. This custom wagon has been completel owner-built
except for the upholstery, which was professionally done. The
leather and suede interior features heated front seats, automatic
climate control, remote entry and start, hidden speaker and
subwoofer, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, backup camera, and
has been completely lined with Dynamat and Dynapad. Extensive work
was done in the cargo area, and the underside of the vehicle has
been sanded and buffed. This custom wagon rides on Billet
Specialties custom wheels painted to match the body color and has
LED headlights to light the way.
