example has an extremely straight and rust free body. She runs and
drives very well. Engine starts and responds very well, the
steering is tight and the brakes are linear. The problem OE FI has
been replaced with a carburetor conversion kit.
The paint, though an awesome color for a 914, does need to be
resprayed. There is noticeable cracking and checking in the paint
especially on the deck lids. There is some paint overspray in the
front trunk area, but it is rock solid.
Interior is exceptionally nice with no tears or significant wear on
the seats. The dash is soft. There are no cracks.
