Vehicle Description
1982 Jeep CJ-7 Limited For Sale- Single Family Ownership Since New,
Whole Sale Trade In LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 1982
Jeep CJ7 Limited The Jeep CJ name was descended from the Jeeps that
conquered fascism during World War II, and it sold in hefty numbers
from the end of the war all the way through 1986. For 1982, the new
CJ-7 Limited model offered, along with an upholstered removable
hard top (available in special colors), a padded roll bar, spoked
wheels, a chrome front bumper, body stripes, power steering, power
brakes, an AM/FM-stereo radio, and a plethora of comfort and
convenience items. The power assists ensure low-effort driving. The
hard top, carpeting, and abundant upholstery decreased the noise
level in the cabin to make the new model more daily driver
friendly. This CJ-7 Limited is powered by the AMC 6-cyl. 258cid
engine backed by the optional 5-speed manual transmission. The
Limited also received special chassis modifications which helped it
be more road complaint on asphalt roads. The springs and shocks are
softer and a wider track reduces the effects of one-wheel bumps.
The Limited still does the job off-road, too, despite the decadent
comfort-oriented changes. Having been single family owned since
new, this CJ-7 Limited has been garage kept and never been winter
driven since new! With only 116,817 miles on the odometer, it has
been driven sparingly during warmer months and serviced regularly.
It has had one repaint in the factory colors, although the door
jambs and underneath the hood is still original paint. As prices of
vintage 4x4 vehicles are on the rise, this CJ-7 represents a great
opportunity to own a classic Jeep at a reasonable price. It also
comes fully documented with original window sticker, warranty
information and fuel consumption sticker. This would be a great toy
to have some fun on some back roads! Additional Details: 1982 JEEP
