I am the single owner of this suburban and have kept in a garage most of its life. I bought it new in 1991. It has part time 4 wheel drive. It burns no oil. It has new tires and aluminum rims. It has a nice running board. It has a luggage rack that needs some repair. The interior is in excellent condition. The exterior paint is like new except for the hood which has some weathering and a small wrinkle in the hood. There is a small dent beside the right side headlight. The radio and front AC work fine. The rear AC doesn't cool. The driver's side door lock lost a screw inside the door and became disconnected which I think can be easily fixed by taking off the door panel and putting the screws back in place. I installed an alarm that blows the horn when a door is opened and it works. Texas state law requires we go to the local tax office and take care of the paperwork of transferring title and license plates. The buyer needs a drivers license and proof they carry insurance on another car. Please be prepared to pay cash for exchange of the vehicle and title. I will provide transportation to the tax office which is nearby my home and open 8 am to 4 pm weekdays and closed on holidays. Make sure the www.texasdmv.com office is open before coming here.
